Coming Up

Endurance

The focus for Endurance this week is Remembrance; reflecting on those who have lost their lives defending our freedom. In this episode, Steven reminds us of how Jesus laid down his life for us and challenges us to stand up for others even when it costs us. Jesus gave his life as the ultimate sacrifice for all of humanity and Steven and Nathan encourage us to remember this too.

Family Prayer Time

JoJo and Peter take time this week to encourage us to mark Remembrance Day as a family. JoJo reads a well-known poem to help us to reflect on what men and women from the Armed Forces have done for us across the world and Peter leads us in prayer. Join Peter and Jo in remembering the fallen and those who fight to protect us today – We will remember them.

[00:00:00] Andy B: So welcome to your 60 Second Update from across the BerryBunch, on this Remembrance day, the 11th of November. And we are reflecting on Remembrance Day.

[00:00:09] We've got some poppies that we've, we've bought from a stand made by one of the shop staff actually, and the handmade, they're awesome little knitted ones.

[00:00:16] So we've got coming up for you this weekend, Endurance, where Stephen takes a look at remembrance. As we think about Remembrance Day, we think about those who've fallen in the wars around the world over time. Steve, Steven actually reflects on the sacrifice that Jesus made, the ultimate price for every person in humanity.

[00:00:34] Peter: And we've also got Family Prayer Time where Jo and I encourage you as, always, to pray as a family, but we're particularly thinking about Remembrance, Remembrance for the people who have died. And we've got a little poem.

[00:00:48] And if you want to keep up to date with all that we're producing, sign up to the newsletter at Triple www.berrybunch.family.
