Art Time, Baking, Peppermint Cream Hearts

You’ll need:

  • 100 g dark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa)
  • Peppermint essence
  • 2 x Fresh Lemons
  • 850 g Icing Sugar
  • Food Colouring (we used both red and green)
  • Rolling Pin
  • Heart Cutter (or whatever shape you want to make)
