I’m so sorry that you’ve just had a whole bunch of emails about posts, that won’t even work for you: I was trying to fix an issue since rebuilding our website, and made something of a mistake! I know what the issue was, and have now sorted that.
I won’t bore you with what I had to do. Suffice to say it is sorted – so sorry for cluttering up your inboxes today.

Generally, no. It’s pretty standard to be honest – you can ask for permission from the landlord but they tend to not want pets in their houses.

Oh okay, I think it’s similar here in rented homes. I think most Landlords are okay with pets
